Each e-ticket is unique to the purchaser and the name on the e-ticket must match the name of your photographic ID. Tickets should only be purchased through the official ticket outlets (Forbidden Forest website/Vivenu/Paylogic/Skiddle/Big Green Coach). Anyone who purchases a ticket on Ticketswap will be turned away. As our T&Cs clearly state, tickets are not allowed to be resold on the secondary market and anyone found doing so can have their tickets cancelled without refund.
