All Hotbox volunteers receive entry to Forbidden Forest, along with plenty of free time to enjoy the festival.
Hotbox volunteers support a wide range of activities across the site. While every shift is different, some of the most common roles include:
• Supporting festival goers in the campsites and arena
• Answering questions about performances, facilities, and site locations
• Helping festival goers carry belongings and pitch tents
• Reporting any issues such as litter build up or faulty facilities
• Working alongside the festival’s Fire Safety, Medical, and Security teams
• Monitoring the campsites from designated fire tower positions
• Assisting across the site at pedestrian and vehicle gates, wristband exchange points, facilities areas, walkways, and stages

Unfortunately not. Only 3-Day and 4-Day camping ticket holders are allowed access on the Friday.
Weekend non-camping ticket holders are only allowed access on the Saturday & Sunday of the event.
No. The event is completely cashless. All vendors will take contactless/card payment. There are no ATMs on site.
No. The event has a strict no re-entry policy. If you are camping, you must be able to carry all your items in the first journey from your car to the campsite. No pass-outs are allowed.
If you need to bring medication with you, please bring a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognisable. The medication must be in its original packaging. Don’t be offended if security questions the medication you are bringing into the Festival, it is their job to ensure the safety and security of all customers.
Yes, you can bring your refillable vapes to Forbidden Forest. You will also be able to purchase vapes on site.
Please respect The Forest around you and dispose of them responsibly in the bins provided. We pride ourselves on removing all waste and leaving The Forest in the same condition as we found it, all we ask is each of you to do the same.

All E-Ticket holders agree to appear for no fee in any filming and/or recording of the event.
This may be used to promote future Forbidden Forest events.
Yes, as a Condition of Entry, all ticket holders and other persons entering the event will be subject to a search for illegal and prohibited items by trained security staff, working on behalf of the promoter.
No refunds will be given to the ticket holder if refused entry, or evicted due to behaviour that threatens the enjoyment and safety of all persons attending the event. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder, or evict the ticket holder from the premises should, after entry to the event, the ticket holder refuse to abide by the conditions of entry, act in a manner that threatens the safety and enjoyment of others, or refuse to being searched after entering the arena if there are reasonable grounds for suspicion that a crime has been committed.
In the event of a cancellation, only face value of the E-Ticket (not the booking fee and/or card charges) will be fully refunded from the point of sale.
If you have purchased a weekend non-camping ticket and are only able to come on 1 day now, your ticket will still be valid for entry. If you have purchased a weekend camping ticket and only want to come 1 day, once you leave the site you will not be allowed to re-enter. You cannot use a weekend camping ticket for entry on 2 single days.
Please note that partial refunds cannot be given for weekend tickets that are not used both days.
No, we cannot accommodate campervans, caravans or motorhomes in any of our Campsites. Vehicles cannot access the campsite. Sleeping in vehicles is not permitted under any circumstances. Gazebos, awnings and trailer tents are also not allowed in the campsite. We reserve the right to refuse structures which are excessively large for the number of occupants or which are considered a health and safety risk.
No, there are no BBQ areas at the festival and BBQs and any kind of cooking equipment are not permitted on site.
