Local Resident Information
Thank you for welcoming us to Belvoir Castle. We hope the plans we implement will help to minimise the disruption to local residents over the festival period.
As part of our commitment to engagement with the local community in the surrounding areas of the event, we have been working hard to ensure any perceived impact from the event is planned for and mitigated as is practicable in conjunction with all local authorities.
We are working closely with Melton Borough Council, Leicestershire County Council, Lincolnshire County Council, Leicestershire Police, Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service and East Midlands Ambulance Service along with an independent traffic management company to cohesively work on the traffic management plan of the festival. We are committed to ensuring the overall positive experience is continued for everyone involved.
We will continue to update this page regularly when we have new information, so do please check in frequently!
We thank you for your continued support and welcome your feedback.

As a festival we are continuing to develop our noise management plan in consultation with an independent consultant. Our Noise Management Team will be present during the event to monitor noise both at the festival and in the surrounding community. This will help to ensure we remain within reasonable limits and allow us to make adaptations during the event should there be any particular concerns in specific areas. If you have any queries or concerns around noise during the festival, please do not hesitate to get in touch via the dedicated resident hotline which will be shared in due course.
Should you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us.
