No, all E-Tickets cannot be re-sold on the secondary market. Anyone found to be re-selling their ticket will get their tickets cancelled without refund and will be refused entry into the festival site.
No, Forbidden Forest E-Tickets are UNIQUE TO EACH ATTENDEE thanks to a unique barcode. The name on your E-Ticket must match the name of your ID.
Tickets for Forbidden Forest 2024 can be purchased via the Forbidden Forest website direct, Skiddle or Big Green Coach only. Please only buy from official ticket outlets. Tickets cannot be purchased via third-party websites such as Ticketswap. Any tickets bought via unofficial ticket outlets will not be valid for entry and any persons with tickets purchased via unofficial ticket outlets will be refused entry.

Unfortunately not. Only camping ticket holders are allowed access on the Friday. Non-camping weekend ticket holders are only allowed access on the Saturday & Sunday of the event.
Yes. Tickets bought via the Forbidden Forest website will be eligible for payment plans. All payments must be complete by 7th May 2024, please ensure your account has enough funds to cover each payment.

CAMPING TICKET HOLDERS
Friday 31st May – Doors open 12:00 (midday), last entry at 22:00 (10PM)
Saturday 1st June – Doors open 10:00 (10AM), last entry at 16:00 (4PM)
Tickets will not be valid before these times.
All Weekend ticket holders must have left the site by 12:00 (12 noon) on Monday 3rd June 2024.
DAY AND WEEKEND NON-CAMPING TICKET HOLDERS
Saturday 1st June – Doors open 11:00 (11AM), last entry at 18:00 (6PM)
Sunday 2nd June – Doors open 12:00 (Midday), last entry at 16:00 (4PM)
Stages will begin to close at 22:30 and the entire festival will close at 00:00 (midnight)
All day ticket holders must have left the site by midnight on the day their ticket is valid.

The organisers accept no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged E-Tickets.
If you have purchased a weekend non-camping ticket and are only able to come on 1 day now, your ticket will still be valid for entry. If you have purchased a weekend camping ticket and only want to come 1 day, once you leave the site you will not be allowed to re-enter. You cannot use a weekend camping ticket for entry on 2 single days.
Please note that partial refunds cannot be given for weekend tickets that are not used both days.

We offer one (1) companion ticket, free of charge, to provide support you need and additional assistance during the event. We will require evidence of disability before issuing a Carer ticket. Forms of accepted evidence are listed below. The name on the documentation must match the name on the ticket.
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (or government standard equivalent).
- Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
- Receipt of either the Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance.
- War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance or War or Service Disablement Pension for 80% or more disability.
- Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI Certificate) or evidence from an eye specialist, for example an optometrist, that the individual would qualify to be registered as severely sight impaired (blind) or sight impaired (partially sighted).
- A personal letter from a GP, community nurse, social worker or consultation letter that states the individual has a long term impairment or disability and requires assistance

All Carer tickets must be requested by Thursday 30 November 2023 17:00. Any Carer ticket requests after this date will not be accepted as the event is sold out.
Please note that Carer tickets are not issued for temporary ailments or conditions such as a broken limb or pregnancy.
Yes there is parking available at Forbidden Forest. Parking passes are available to purchase in advance from £15 for the day or from £25 for the weekend. We cannot guarantee that parking will be available on the day so recommended purchasing these ahead of time.
If parking is available on the day, you will be able to purchase it from the car parks from £25 for the day and from £35 for the weekend. However, please note this is not guaranteed.
