3. Access Your Order Details: This will take you to your order confirmation page, where all your purchased tickets are listed.
4. Look for “Personalization Required”: For any ticket that still needs your details, you will see a clear note stating “Personalization Required” next to it.
5. Click and Enter Your Details: Simply click on that specific ticket and fill in the required personalization data.
That’s it! You’re all set to enjoy the event!
It’s okay if you’ve missed a payment installment! The Vivenu system is designed to handle this automatically:
Automatic Re-attempts: The system will repeatedly try to collect the outstanding funds from your account.
Next Attempt: In most cases, the charge will be re-attempted approximately 2 days later.

Select your reason for inquiry from the existing general questions.

A support request form will open. Please enter your first name, last name, email address, and clearly state what you would like to upgrade.
6. Await Confirmation:
Following successful submission, you will receive a confirmation to your registered email address.

No, due to our anti-touting policy which can be found here, all E-Tickets cannot be re-sold on the secondary market. Anyone found to be re-selling their ticket will get their tickets cancelled without refund and will be refused entry into the festival site.
No, due to our anti-touting policy which can be found here, Forbidden Forest E-Tickets are UNIQUE TO EACH ATTENDEE thanks to a unique barcode. The name on your E-Ticket must match the name of your ID.
Tickets for Forbidden Forest 2025 can currently be purchased via the Forbidden Forest website direct via Vivenu.

Each e-ticket is unique to the purchaser and the name on the e-ticket must match the name of your photographic ID. Tickets should only be purchased through the official ticket outlets (Forbidden Forest website/Vivenu/Paylogic/Skiddle/Big Green Coach). Anyone who purchases a ticket on Ticketswap will be turned away. As our T&Cs clearly state, tickets are not allowed to be resold on the secondary market and anyone found doing so can have their tickets cancelled without refund. Tickets are personalised to each ticket holder and a valid photo ID needs to match the name on the ticket to gain entry.

Unfortunately not. Only 3-Day and 4-Day camping ticket holders are allowed access on the Friday. 2-Day camping and non-camping weekend ticket holders are only allowed access on the Saturday & Sunday of the event.
