You must be 18+ to enter the Event.
Valid photographic ID is required upon entry to verify your E-Ticket and age. Suitable forms of valid photographic ID include your passport, driver’s licence and any photographic ID that carries the PASS logo. Photocopies are not acceptable.
There is no Re-Entry. If you leave the Event, you will not be permitted to enter again.
Camping is only permitted with a Weekend Camping Ticket. If you have a Day Ticket, or Non-Camping ticket, you will not be permitted to camp and must leave the Event by midnight.
If you arrive after last entry you will not be allowed into the festival site and your ticket will not be refunded
Yes, you can arrive any day your ticket is valid for. Please note that we operate a strict no re-entry policy. Once you have left the site, you won’t be able to return.
Tickets for Forbidden Forest 2024 can be purchased via the Forbidden Forest website direct, Skiddle or Big Green Coach only. Please only buy from official ticket outlets. Tickets cannot be purchased via third-party websites such as Ticketswap. Any tickets bought via unofficial ticket outlets will not be valid for entry and any persons with tickets purchased via unofficial ticket outlets will be refused entry.
Unfortunately not. Only camping ticket holders are allowed access on the Friday. Non-camping weekend ticket holders are only allowed access on the Saturday & Sunday of the event.
Stages will begin to close at 22:30 and the entire festival will close at 00:00. All day ticket holders must have left the festival by midnight.

We have a strict no re-entry policy so if you leave, you will not be allowed back in. Please ensure you bring everything from your vehicle with you in one go.
We have lockers available to store any valuables, though we recommend leaving anything valuable at home.
Yes. We are running shuttle buses from Grantham station and we have a drop-off and pick-up point for taxis, which will be clearly signposted as you approach the site. Details on how to purchase a shuttle bus pass will be listed nearer the time of the event.

Yes. Tickets bought via the Forbidden Forest website will be eligible for payment plans. All payments must be complete by 7th May 2024, please ensure your account has enough funds to cover each payment.
No. The event is completely cash-less. All vendors will take contactless/card payment. There are no ATM’s on site.

Yes, there will be stalls on site available to purchase food & drink. There will also be stalls on site selling some camping equipment such as airbeds etc, however we recommend bringing all essential items yourself as there will be limited stock available on these.
Forbidden Forest is a cashless event. Please bring a payment card with you.
If you have lost something at the festival please email lostproperty@forbidden-forest.co.uk and we will try our best to reunite you with your item if we have it.
Collection after the festival can be arranged from FFHQ in Manchester.
If you are camping, you can bring 12 cans or up to 500ml of spirits in 1 plastic bottle. No glass is allowed. Alcohol is not allowed to be taken into the arena. No bottles of liquid, including soft drinks, can exceed 500ml.
No. The event has a strict no re-entry policy. If you are camping, you must be able to carry all your items in the first journey from your car to the campsite. No pass-outs are allowed.

CAMPING TICKET HOLDERS
Friday 31st May – Doors open 12:00 (midday), last entry at 22:00 (10PM)

Tickets will not be valid before these times.
All Weekend ticket holders must have left the site by 12:00 (12 noon) on Monday 3rd June 2024.
DAY AND WEEKEND NON-CAMPING TICKET HOLDERS
Saturday 1st June – Doors open 11:00 (11AM), last entry at 18:00 (6PM)
Sunday 2nd June – Doors open 12:00 (Midday), last entry at 16:00 (4PM)

If you have purchased a weekend non-camping ticket and are only able to come on 1 day now, your ticket will still be valid for entry. If you have purchased a weekend camping ticket and only want to come 1 day, once you leave the site you will not be allowed to re-enter. You cannot use a weekend camping ticket for entry on 2 single days.
Please note that partial refunds cannot be given for weekend tickets that are not used both days.
If you need to bring medication with you, please bring a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognisable. The medication must be in its original packaging. Don’t be offended if security questions the medication you are bringing into the Festival, it is their job to ensure the safety and security of all customers.

Yes there is parking available at Forbidden Forest. Parking passes are available to purchase in advance from £15 for the day or from £25 for the weekend. We cannot guarantee that parking will be available on the day so recommended purchasing these ahead of time.
If parking is available on the day, you will be able to purchase it from the car parks from £25 for the day and from £35 for the weekend. However, please note this is not guaranteed.
No, sorry. Please leave speakers at home (we have lots of speakers in the event arena!). Portable speakers are a prohibited item and there is no facility to store prohibited items including speakers on site. Items confiscated will be discarded. The promoter is not responsible for abandoned items
No, please understand we have thousands of campers on site and even though they look pretty, unfortunately we don’t have enough space for you to erect a gazebo.
No glass is allowed at Forbidden Forest. This includes perfume, foundation bottles, aftershave and mirrors. These are prohibited items and will be confiscated at the entrance (please note there is no facility to leave your belongings and collect after the show) so please double check before you arrive at the show.
*Small make up compact mirrors are acceptable
You must be at least 18 years of age in order to gain entry to Forbidden Forest.
Forbidden Forest 2024 is strictly an 18s and over event. We will be operating and enforcing a strict challenge 25 policy at the entrances and bars. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be asked for id.
VALID FORMS OF ID INCLUDE:
- an in-date photographic driver’s licence or provisional licence.
- a valid passport (not a photocopy) out of date passports will not be accepted.
- a proof of age standards scheme card (showing the pass hologram)
- an in-date armed forces photo id card.
- a national photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the united kingdom)
All E-Ticket holders agree to appear for no fee in any filming and/or recording of the event.
This may be used to promote future Forbidden Forest events.
No refunds will be given to the ticket holder if refused entry, or evicted due to behaviour that threatens the enjoyment and safety of all persons attending the event. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder, or evict the ticket holder from the premises should, after entry to the event, the ticket holder refuse to abide by the conditions of entry, act in a manner that threatens the safety and enjoyment of others, or refuse to being searched after entering the arena if there are reasonable grounds for suspicion that a crime has been committed.
Yes, as a Condition of Entry, all ticket holders and other persons entering the event will be subject to a search for illegal and prohibited items by trained security staff, working on behalf of the promoter.
Forbidden Forest advises all customers to ensure that they keep their belongings such as phones, ID, wallets, purses on their persons at all times. If you lose something on the night or if anything is stolen, please speak to a member of the security staff to report it as soon as possible so we can do everything possible to get it back to you.
After the event all lost property will be taken with the Forbidden Forest team who can be contacted at lostproperty@forbidden-forest.co.uk
In the event of a cancellation, only face value of the E-Ticket (not the booking fee and/or card charges) will be fully refunded from the point of sale.
