About Us

Forbidden Forest X

Forbidden Forest was born as a passionate response to the stagnation of the dance music festival and clubbing circuit in the UK.

Created by a group of rave enthusiasts they felt frustrated by the restrictions that the classic warehouse or tent spaces often encumbered on a large-scale events.

New Forest Venue

For all who have booked hotels local to Donington Park/East Midland Airport, we will be providing a FREE return shuttle bus from these hotels to our new Leicestershire home.

For those who have purchased coach tickets, these remain valid and pick up locations remain the same, although pick up times may slightly vary. You will be informed of any changes via email in the coming weeks.

We are excited for you to join us at our brand new forest, taking things to the next level. As one chapter closes, another new adventure begins. Join us September 8th to be the first to experience a brand new Forbidden Forest.

We will have first aiders working within the forest as well as medical tents positioned and sign posted within our concessions area.

Throughout the day and night our production will be made up of strobe lighting and special effects.

We are working closely with the local authorities to ensure anyone found in the possession /  have the intent to supply any illegal substances or legal highs at or during the event is prosecuted. Anyone caught in the possession of personnel drugs will be removed from the event and ejected from site no matter what the circumstances.

Metal detectors will be used as part of the searches upon entry. Full body searches will be carried out at random and in accordance with the security company policies.

At any large-scale event pickpockets are active. Mobile phone theft has increased over the years given that our society relies on them for everything. From making cashless payments to social media. Please keep your mobile phones safe. If you loose or feel your mobile phone has been stolen then please report this straight away to our venue staff or a member of security who will then help you find a place of quiet to allow your network provider to be contacted and the police made aware of the theft. Do not wait until the event is finished before reporting.
