Manage your Forbidden Forest tickets

Need to sign in, personalise your ticket, or fix an invalidated ticket after a missed payment? Follow the steps below to get everything sorted quickly.

1. Sign in to your account

  1. 1 Visit the Forbidden Forest ticketing portal

    Head to ticketing.forbidden-forest.co.uk and click Sign In in the top-right corner.

  2. 2 Enter your login details

    Use the email address and password linked to your booking to access your account.

  3. 3 Ordered as a guest?

    If you checked out as a guest, use Register for free to create an account with the same email address. This can allow you to access tickets previously ordered without an account.

2. Personalise your ticket

  1. 1 Open your ticket email

    Find your ticket confirmation email and click Display ticket.

  2. 2 Select “Personalization”

    Your ticket will open in a new window. Choose Personalization to begin.

  3. 3 Enter your details and submit

    Fill in the required personal information carefully, then submit the form to complete your ticket personalisation.

Alternative route

You can also sign in to your account, go to the Tickets tab, select the relevant ticket, and choose the personalisation option there.

My ticket has been invalidated - what should I do?

If your ticket has been invalidated because of a failed payment-plan instalment, you will need to restart your payment plan and then contact customer support once payment has been completed.

Access and review your plan

  • Go to the Payment Plans area in your account to view your active plans.
  • Select the relevant plan to see past, upcoming, and failed payments, along with their original due dates.
  • If needed, go to Payment Methods to add a new card or update an expired one.

Retry the failed instalment

  • If a payment has failed, click the Retry Payment button shown beneath that instalment.
  • Confirm the payment in the pop-up window using your selected payment method.
  • Make sure your card has enough available funds to cover the outstanding balance.

What happens next?

  • If successful: your payment plan will continue as scheduled.
  • If it fails again: check your available funds or update your payment method and try again.
  • If more than one instalment has failed: after you successfully repay the first missed instalment, the remaining overdue instalments may automatically be attempted using the same payment method.
  • If multiple instalments are due, they may appear on your bank statement as separate payments.
  • If the other failed instalments are not retried automatically within 24 hours, you can use Retry Payment on those transactions as well.
Important

Once your payment plan has been paid successfully, please contact support so your ticket can be validated again.
