If you purchased your ticket in November 2025 or later and would like to request an upgrade, please follow these simple steps to contact our support team:

1. Open your original order confirmation email from Vivenu

2. Select the “view order” button or link within the email.

3. On your order page, look for and click the “contact support” option.

4. Start Your Request:

Select your reason for inquiry from the existing general questions.
Scroll down to the bottom of the list and click “contact our support team”.

5. Complete the Support Form:

A support request form will open. Please enter your first name, last name, email address, and clearly state what you would like to upgrade.

6. Await Confirmation:

Following successful submission, you will receive a confirmation to your registered email address.
You will also be notified via email once the Vivenu Support Team has replied to your request. They will get back to you as soon as possible!
