Don’t leave it until the last minute to sort your travel to Forbidden Forest. Explore our options
below, and don’t forget to plan your journey home as well.
Important Travel Advice
Due to the rural location of the festival, taxis can be difficult to secure in the evenings and fares are often significantly higher than expected.
For the best arrival and departure experience, we strongly recommend using the official
shuttle bus or coach services. These services drop off directly opposite the event entrance,
making your journey quicker, easier, and more comfortable.
New for 2026, a dedicated bus route has been introduced to help avoid congestion around
the site. This means faster entry, smoother exits, and a much easier walk to and from the
entrance, especially for customers arriving with camping equipment.
Respecting Our Local Community
Forbidden Forest takes place in a beautiful rural setting and we are incredibly grateful to our
local residents and community for their continued support.
To help us protect this special location and reduce disruption, please:
● Obey all posted speed limits at all times
● Follow official event signage and steward instructions
● Use only designated routes and approved drop off points
● Do not park on surrounding roads or nearby land and attempt to walk to the festival
● Use only the official car parks, drop off points, and transport services
● Leave the site quietly and respectfully, particularly during late evening departures
● Never drive under the influence
Police will be actively monitoring the surrounding road network throughout the event period.
Any dangerous or antisocial driving behaviour will be dealt with accordingly.
Your cooperation helps us minimise disruption to our neighbours and ensures Forbidden
