3. Detailed Overview:
When you click on a specific plan you can find a detailed view showing all past, upcoming, and failed payments, including their original due dates.
4. Update Payment Method:
If your payments failed due to your payment method being expired or you wish to use a new card for the payments, please click on the ‘Payment Methods’ section and you will be able to edit/add a new payment method to your account. Please ensure this new payment method has enough funds to cover the outstanding balance.
5. Retry Payment Button:
If a payment has failed, a “Retry Payment” button will appear directly below the status update:
6. Confirming the Transaction:
Upon clicking the button, a pop-up window will ask you to confirm the payment with your selected payment method.
7. Instant Feedback:
Once confirmed, the system attempts to process the outstanding instalment. You can immediately verify the status in your overview:
- Succeeded – The payment was successful, and the plan continues as scheduled.
- Failed again? – If the transaction fails a second time, please make sure you have sufficient funds or edit your payment method:
8. If you have failed more than 1 instalment:
If you have more than 1 failed instalment, once you retry payment for the first instalment, the other remaining instalments will then charge automatically as a new payment on the payment method used for the first missed instalment. If you have more than 1 instalment due, the transactions will show as individual payments on your bank statement. If the system does not automatically try the other failed instalment(s) within 24 hours, you can do the ‘Retry Payment’ button on the other failed transaction(s). Please ensure you have enough funds on the payment method for all outstanding instalments.
