Weekend Camping ticket holders can access the campsite form Midday Friday 1st July and must vacate by Midday on Monday 4th July 2022.
Entry to the campsite will close at 10pm time on Friday 1st July. The entrance will be open at 7am on Saturday morning for access until 5pm and again at 7am on Sunday until 5pm time.
Once you are on the campsite and event site, there is no re-entry if you leave the site.
Alcohol may only be brought into the festival if you are camping. There is a limit of 8 cans or plastic 500ml bottles per person.

The Campsite will be filled with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You will have access to various food and non-food concessions, phone charging units, lockers, a camping supplies store, a general store, The campsite which will be hosted will also feature a Silent Disco Arena which will run through until 3am on Saturday, Sunday and 2am Monday morning. (subject to licence)
First Aid, Welfare Chill Out and Free Water points are located around the campsite and the event arena.
A camping plus ticket available. This will give access to the Forbidden retreat. This includes access to showers, luxury toilets and pampering facilities such as mirrors, hair dryers, hair straighteners and more.
These tickets will be available to purchase for £44.50.

There will be a Silent Disco arena on site, as well as food stalls and bar. These will be open until 3am (subject to licensing) on Saturday and Sunday morning and 2am on Monday morning.
No tent bigger than 4 person tent (find dimensions), per group of 4. This should not exceed the dimensions 240cm x 220cm.
There are no pass outs at Forbidden Forest.
If you have a camping ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY.
If you have a day ticket and you leave the festival site you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY.
If you have a weekend ticket WITHOUT camping you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY ON INDIVIDUAL DAYS. On leaving the event after each day you will need to produce the ticket for the next day to gain re-entry.
There will be access to phone chargers and lockers on the campsite.
We cannot accommodate campervans/caravans or motorhomes in any of our campsites.
Disabled customers are welcome at Forbidden Forest and we will have a number of disabled facilities on site.
Please also note this event is held within a forest site and is a woodland area consisting of uneven terrain which some wheelchair users may experience some difficulty crossing so please bear this in mind when booking for this event.
For £999 you can experience the height of camping luxury whilst at Forbidden Forest Festival! You & 4 others could be spending your weekend in one of Belvoir’s Luxury Bell tents. Each Bell tent can hold between 2 - 5 people. A double bed with a mattress is provided for 2 people. Additional camping mattresses are provided for extra guests – ideal for groups of friends! There is a brand new state of the art shower block with 7 wet rooms. Each wet room contains a shower, sink, flushing WC, mirror and changing space.

Each Bell tent is £999. This does not include a ticket to the festival. A weekend camping ticket must be purchased separately.
What’s on offer?
Each tent is decked with fairy lights and bunting. You have your own table and benches, and camping chairs set. Inside you’ll find a snug space with rugs, lamps, a double bed with mattress and bedding, shower towel and hand towel per person as well as a luxury hamper. We can set up your tent to accommodate up to four people using additional camping mattresses – ideal for families or groups.
All bedding, linens and towels are included in the price. We recommend you bring a torch, a power pack to charge your phone and then anything else you may want for your festival experience.
Is there wifi?
There is not any specific wifi provided – Access to wifi will be down to your own individual provider.
How do we get to the site?

Just a 10-minute drive from the A52, 15 minutes from both Grantham and Melton Mowbray, 40 minutes from Nottingham and very close to the A1.
The nearest train station is Grantham with regular trains from London, the South and North East lines. From Grantham station you would then need to take a 15 minute taxi ride – ask them to take you to The Engine Yard: NG32 1PE
To access the private glamping car park, drive past Belvoir Castle with it on your right, look out for the glamping signs soon after on the left. The site entrance is on the left, just after The Engine Yard.
How many people does each accommodation type sleep?
Each bell tent can sleep 2 – 5 people. A double bed with a mattress is provided for 2 people. Additional camping mattresses are provided for extra guests – ideal for families.
Do you have electricity on-site?
There is no electricity to the tents – if you want to charge items at your tent please bring your own power pack.
The site is lit with solar fairy lights, festoon lighting and lamps but we recommend you bring a torch.
What bathroom facilities are available on-site?
There is a brand new state of the art shower block with 7 wet rooms. Each wet room contains a shower, sink, flushing WC, mirror and changing space. 1 of the wet rooms has disabled access.
